I feel like I was really pulled over the table and they do not care. The items are beautiful now though which is why I give 2 stars and not 1. Then I was asked if it was bought within the last 30 days. It was in July, yet their company who is supposed to pick up the product never did. I'd tried them out in the store and they seemed pretty comfy. I waiting in all day today for them to come and collect it as promised but they simply never came.

Waited 10 days and no delivery. Can’t contact the delivery company and Zara home tells me they can’t help. Absolutely terrible customer service. I drove to the delivery store and it turns out they don’t have anything to do with the delivery person.

Saying so they are in possibility of my pants and my money. I am extremely aggravated and annoyed. I will never shop or recommend Zara to anyone. On August 21, 2018, I visited the Eaton Centre Zara store located in downtown of Toronto.
Called again after a week of not receiving anything. Now it was up to the delivery person according to Zara. Something that I, as a customer, have little recourse to. They would investigate and if the product could not be found they would refund me . I would receive another email about this. Both items still had a price tag, with one of the products having a price that was lower than I paid myself.

I love Zara Home, it has amazing products! I recommend it for everyone who wants to have a beautiful house. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They told me they can’t get in touch with them either that they are the worst and the drive horrible. Do not purchase anything for delivery. Received a kid jacket on Tuesday night, my son wore it on Wednesday. Zipper broken on same day within 12 hours. How can the quality be this bad?

Alternatively, you can use their knowledge base if you prefer self-service support. Their chat box is impossible and I can not get them to understand that I have a missing item. The customer service line was no help whatsoever. Zara employee, at time of purchase, advised that i was able to receive a full refund within a month of purchase. Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine that after a month's time, I would be forced to keep the item i decided i did not like. No hint of this at time of purchase either. - in this day and age - unbelievable. On Saturday 10 December 2022 I was advised at 5.21 that the above numbered order had been delivered .
I am missing parcels and the money has left my account. This is pure robbery and I will be seeking legal action. I am unable to get the chat box to understand that an item was not delivered. Just trying to get my item delivered.
One of my purchased item has a security tag on! I tried to get Zara store in Malaysia to remove it, but they said they can't do it as the system won't allowed, unless I have to pay it again. I wrote to Zara Home online numerous times, but no one respond!
I paid £32.99 and expected the the item of clothing to last many years as previous items have. The item is not fit for purpose. I purchased it just over a month ago.
